HATHA PRANAYAMA (All Levels)
Location: The Yoga Lounge

Fridays
9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Therapeutic Hatha Yoga designed to help the body maintain or regain fluidity and strength.   The class begins with some pranayama that clears the mind and stokes the prana of the body to prepare for asana, and then ends in a longer session of pranayama that stills the mind and opens the heart.

REJUV & RESTORE (All Levels)
Location: The Yoga Lounge

Fridays
7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Designed by Katherine, focusses on building chi / prana / life force by opening up meridians, fascia and chakras, includes: meditation, pranayama, mudras (hand gestures for specific energy flow), deep long held postures (yin and Iyengar style restorative), longer held hatha postures, and other classical yogic techniques. A YUMMY class!

ROCKET NOON FLOW (All Levels)

Location: The Yoga Lounge
Thursdays
12:00 p.m. to 12:55 p.m.
This class is a therapeutic based flow that connects breath with body / heart, opens up the muscles / fascia / subtle body, and builds mental / physical strength.
