At Dharma Spirit
This class is for Asthanga Yogi’s or Hatha Yogi’s. Anyone who wishes to develop a deep and regular practice. It will be a two hour space that you come in to develop your own practice, either using the Asthanga Method or a Hatha Sequence (Dharma Mittra level 1-IV) for example. As you practice, Katherine helps with any aspect you may need help on. You can be a COMPLETELY NEW yoga student, or someone who has practiced for years!

This is a two hour deep opening, energetically and physically.  The class starts with supported back extensions, pranayama, meditation and moves to abdominal work, fascial openers, alignment principles, hatha postures that will have you leaving open and at peace.

REJUV & RESTORE (All Levels)
7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
At The Yoga Lounge
Designed by Katherine, focusses on building chi / prana / life force by opening up meridians, fascia and chakras, includes: meditation, pranayama, mudras (hand gestures for specific energy flow), deep long held postures (yin and Iyengar style restorative), longer held hatha postures, and other classical yogic techniques. A YUMMY class!
